The DMA-100 ion de-static air nozzle is a high-frequency AC model, which has the advantages of good positive and negative balance and fast dissipation time. The core components are piezoelectric ceramic transformers imported from Japan, and the power conversion efficiency can reach 95% above. The only junction between the circuit system and the air supply system is one-piece injection molding to ensure that air will not flow back into the circuit system. It is widely used in semiconductor, display, 3C, printing, film and other industries to quickly and effectively remove static electricity from the surface of products.
working principle
The static eliminator performs corona discharge on the tip of the electrode needle by applying a high voltage (3kV or more) to the electrode needle. Once the corona discharge is generated, the air existing around the electrode needle is electronically decomposed to generate ions, and by conducting the ions to the charged object, static electricity is eliminated. The structure of the static eliminator is mainly composed of six parts: shell, nozzle assembly, air supply system, discharge needle assembly, high voltage system, and circuit system. Apply + high voltage:Water molecules in the atmosphere are ionized, resulting in + ionization. Apply - High Voltage:Carbon dioxide or oxygen in the atmosphere is ionized, resulting in - ionization.
